Karate basic courses in Vantaan Jukara
You can start practicing karate in Vantaan Jukara by taking the basic course that is arranged twice a year, beginning in January and in August.
The basic course is given both in the spring and in the fall, separately for kids (age 8-12) and for adults (age 13 and above). The kids’ and the adults’ classes take place at the same time, making it easy for the whole family to start karate together..
The classes for the course take place twice each week:
Thursdays at 18.30 – 20.00 and Saturdays 14.00 – 15.30 (Rajatorpan kalliosuoja, Rajatorpantie 27).
Please register via this form.
You can take the basic course wearing, for example, a T-shirt and sweatpants. A karate uniform is not mandatory. No shoes are needed, as we practice barefoot. It is advisable to bring along a water bottle, a towel, shower gear and, for example, flip flops to walk from the dressing room to the tatami area.
The first two classes of the basic course are free of charge. Please join us and give karate a go!
